We exist to support our training providers: Our goal is to provide the highest possible level of support. At the heart of this is a commitment to respond to all enquiries within two working days and to process all certificates within 2 weeks.

Service Costs
Certificates:	£6 or €10 (per certificate)
Basic Manual (hard copy):	£5 or €8 (per manual)*
Advanced Manual (hard copy):	£10 or €16 (per manual)*
*plus postage, which will be calculated on an individual basis
Annual Subscription (trainer):	£175 or €260
