Originally a youth expedition leader operating in challenging environments worldwide, Sheena qualified as a paramedic and worked with the London Ambulance Service for a number of years. She now instructs a wide range of medical courses, and also trains personal development, teamwork and leadership for clients such as British Airways and the BBC.
